CROSTINO WITH PINK PEPPER PECORINO, SAUTÉED SPINACH, PEAR AND WALNUTS (X2)
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of good bread
- 4 slices of ‘Pink pepper pecorino’
- 100 gr fresh spinach
- 1 garlic clove
- Half pear
- Walnuts, in small pieces
- Olive oil, salt and pepper
Add the cheese to the bread and warm it up in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 C.
In the meantime, warm up a pan and add one spoon of olive oil. Add the fresh spinach and cook until they lose all the water. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
Clean the pear and cut it in small cubes.
When all the parts are ready, compose your crostino. Add the spinach on top of the cheese, then the pear and finally the walnuts. Finish your dish with some fresh olive oil.
