Winetasting : A dark ruby color and an intensive bouquet of ripe fruit. The attack is round and supple and the tannins structure the wine without being invasive. A flexible wine ‘gouleyant’, it well accompanies tasty cheese, traditional pasta dishes. An appetizer that is sure to please with cured meat, vegetables and olives.
