An easy making for an organic gourmet hot chocolate, made by high quality chocolate and not by cocoa powder. An “italian style” dense hot chocolate.
HOW TO PREPARE
1- Boil about 125 ml milk (also good with oat,almond or rice milk)
2- Add the chocolate to the boiling milk
3- Stir for about 2 minutes
4- And take all the time to enjoy it!
Follow these instructions exactly and you will enjoy an excellent hot cocoa treat, thick and in the right balance.
Ingredients: Bitter cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, carob bean flour, ginger (min: 0.9%), nutmeg (min: 0, 6%), soy lecithin emulsifier, natural vanilla extract, salt. Minimum cocoa 63%.
