Ingredients: organic wild fennel, roasted and chopped almonds, organic extra virgin olive oil, chopped sundried tomatoes, garlic and red peppers, salt, lemon zest.
Match: this pesto is very much used in Sicily. It used to be one of the most typical recipes cooked by grandmothers who would go and collect the wild fennel themselves or buy it at the market. This is what my grandma used to do. Everytime she would see a wild fennel plant, she would stop and grab it!
Intense taste, this product is perfect for pasta. You need to cook it for 15' with extra virgin olive oil. You could add some anchovies or some sundried tomatoes also.
