It is a perfect cheese for aperitif, paired with honey, fruity relish, and preserved vegetables.

Biopek Dairy is located in Trapani. They visit about 80 small farmers with up to 200 sheep each, located in mountainous areas that are not easy to reach. Everyday they collect around 20,000 liters of milk within 65km radius from the dairy.
