Ingredients: wholewheat semolina flour, sourdough starter, salt 

Usage tip: Great with tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and oregano. Put some water - not too much otherwise you will soak them - on the freselle to make it a bit softer. Dice tomatoes, season with a pinch of salt, extra virgin olive oil and oregano. 

Enjoy cold. 

Long natural leavening product with its own sourdough starter and wheat flour grown in Irpinia, in the small Ficocchia mill in Calitri (Av). These freselle are made without the addition of preservatives, additives and surrogates. Cooking takes place with traditional methods in a wood oven.
