On Saturday 6 April we were hosted by the Baking Lab for our very first tasting event.
30 people attended, all food lovers, enthousiastic about discovering products from new areas and willing to share their passion about food and Italy.
We tasted a wide variety of products:
- 2 types of extra virgin olive oil
- taralli
- vegetables preserved in olive oil ( cherry tomatoes, eggplants)
- hazelnut biscuits
- caciocavallo
- scamorza
- selection of cold cuts
- selection of honey and jams
Who attended appreciated the quality of the products, the possibility to buy some directly at the event, the cozy and friendly atmosphere, the bread and the location.
Thanks to everyone's support, it has been essential!
