The tasting journeys project I will organize for you in has a special name. The name of this project is MESA.
MESA - Tasting Journeys in Sicily is my invitation to gather around a Mediterranean table, where food becomes story, connection, and discovery.
Through immersive experiences in the heart of Sicily, MESA offers tasting journeys
that celebrate the genuineness of local flavors, the conviviality of tradition, and the cultural richness of a unique land.
Each journey is a path through vineyards, local Bottegas, rural kitchens, and shared
tables: a sensory experience that engages all the senses – from the scent of freshly
baked bread to the sound of local dialects echoing through street markets.
Guided by producers, chefs, and guardians of Sicilyʼs culinary heritage, whoever
joins will rediscover the true essence of Mediterranean food culture: seasonality, simplicity, and love for the land.
MESA – Tasting Journeys is more than a trip: it's a return to the authenticity of taste, lived together, with slowness and wonder.
