La Bottega events’ Cancellation Policy

We prepare our workshops with great care and work with small groups. This policy helps us keep our events sustainable, while staying flexible and understanding when plans change.

Cancellation policy:

● Up to 7 days before the workshop

Full refund or free rescheduling to another available date.

● 3–6 days before the workshop

Full ticket value as credit for a future La Bottega workshop

● Less than 3 days before the workshop

At this stage it’s usually difficult for us to refill the spot. We’re happy to offer:

- 50% credit for a future workshop, or

- A free ticket transfer to someone else (name change).

● Same day or no-shows

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for no-shows.

If La Bottega Needs to Cancel

If we ever need to cancel a workshop, you will receive:

• A full refund, or

• The option to move your booking to another date.
