My favorite!

Really outstanding blue cheese that I was so happy to find at La Bottega! Sweet umami notes, not too salty or funky, it's layer after layer of flavor. Excellent on its own,with veggies, wine, sun-dried tomatoes, jams, even fried eggs! So far my fav Italian blue cheese that i've tried.
