Organic Citrus Sicilian Honey 

Fresh and citrusy. 

From the Sicilian producer Apicoltura Oliva 1850, from the Sicilian countryside of Solarino, province of Siracusa. Nomadic bees, careful attention to details, beekeepers since 6 generations. 

This honey is fresh and scented. It is elegantly sweet and it has a touch of acidity. 

It can easily crystallize reaching a granulated texture. When in its liquid state, it is light and fluid.

Food pairing: soft curd cheese, like fresh pecorino, taleggio or brie. Or Parmigiano Reggiano if you want to challenge yourself!
