Ca’Neri Milessimato Brut - Sparkling Wine from Veneto

Ca'Neri Millesimato Brut is a sparkling wine with the beloved features of this strain: a refined bubble, a fresh and delicate aroma of apple, peach and acacia and an intriguing soft, dry and fresh taste with a balanced acidity.

This sparkling wine consists of a blend of different grapes (Glera, Chardonnay and Pinot) that grow in the mild climate of Veneto in northern Italy. The term millesimato with this wine stands for the fact that all grapes come from one and the same harvest year. This is often not the case with prosecco and other sparkling wines, such as champagne and cava. In this case, grapes from several vintages are also used. Officially, this wine cannot be called 'Prosecco', because the grapes are not 100% from the Prosecco area. Hence the name Millesimato. Due to the fermentation on steel tanks, this beautiful sparkling wine has a refreshing and fruity character.

This Millesimato Brut is excellent as an aperitif or in cocktails and goes well with starters and dishes with fish or white meat. Serve the wine chilled to a temperature between 4 and 5 degrees for the optimal taste.
