Chiara's Food Surprise Box

I ordered this for a friend but ended up enjoying the contents myself, every little product is delicious and the people at La Bottega packed it very nicely, with a cute customized message. Great way to sample a lot of products!

I have placed an order a week before my friend's birthday. It was not delivered on time and I tried contacting the shop multiple times. I got one answer after two weeks that it has been shipped already. I waited another week and it is still not delivered. I have now asked for refund, but I am afraid that I won't even get that.
From my experience, the shop looks like a scam and although I was super enthusiastic to support small businesses, next time I'll stick to Amazon.

I needed a box of eats and treats to be deliver to my daughter in her hotel while on her travels. The staff were so helpful and assisted me in having the box deliver to her before Christmas Day so she could enjoy some treats while away from her family. Would recommend them highly
