Ingredients: 00 soft wheat flour, egg yolk, cream for panettone, sugar, corn starch, pistachio spread 3%, honey, wheat germ, citrus cream, semidried black cherry with Marsala, Marsala.

Icing: white chocolate paste, white chocolate 20%, pistachio cream, soy lecitin, sugar, powder milk serum.

May contain traces of nuts.

In short, the panettone is really very good!
The dough (gently) smells like a properly fermented sourdough, light and fluffy and darker than you'd find on a "factory" panettone, and although I was worried it might be quite sweet due to the pistachio cream, thankfully this is so elegantly put together, it's really one of the least sweet panettone I've had.
Compliments, and I want this next year as well!
