Ingredients filling: Italian fresh spinach, ricotta cheese from Almere from buffalo and cow milk, Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano Reggiano, Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic, sea salt, black pepper
Ingredients dough: Altamura flour, 00 flour, pasteurised eggs, spinach, sea salt, water.
Tip: cook frozen for 4 minutes in boiling water.
