Handmade Sicilian Cantucci

Ingredients: Majorca flour ( soft wholewheat flour), brown sugar, eggs, roasted sicilian almonds (10%), raisins, candied oranges, seeds oil, lemon juice, raising factor for cakes. 

This is the Sicilian version of the world famous Cantucci. Dried biscuits with almonds with raisins also. Delicious at the end of your meal with sweet wines or liquors.
