Type "00"  with W180 flour is the product obtained by grinding soft wheat, widely used in bread-making and in the production of fresh pasta. From the grinding of soft wheat, a flour yield between 70% and 82% is obtained, a percentage that varies according to the grain, the type of wheat and the type of grinding. Granoro 00 flour is obtained by extracting the central part of the soft wheat grain; it is produced with a low extraction yield, and therefore is of higher quality, and is obtained from a selected blend of soft wheat, specifically designed for domestic use. Granoro 00 flour is used to make bread, pasta, cakes and pies and is recommended for breading.
