Drunk Pecorino - Pecorino Vinacce - Tuscany

Aged for 60 days inside large terracotta jars called "ziri”. Their wheels are covered with the marc of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.

The fermentation makes the cheese softer and thanks to the sugar from the marc sweet to the palate.

Ingredients: sheep milk, rennet, salt, ferments.
