Scamorza - Provolone type

Made with raw cow milk from Puglia.

It follows the same production of the Fior di Latte but the short drying of a few days gives it a more concentrated flavor and a more compact paste.

Can be used in salads or skewers, and cooking warm dishes such as pizza and lasagna.

Also perfect for slicing.
