All cheese come from small farms in remote areas (Irpinia and Lucania) in Campania, Basilicata Regions and Tuscany. Their cheese tradition are very deep and ancient.
These areas still have fresh and clean air, grazing lands who are rich of essences who bring a lot of aromas to the cheeses, then enhanced during aging.
All cheeses come vacuum-sealed.
