Steiner | Formaggio di Montagna a pasta molle

280 gr ca.

Small cheese with a washed rind, with a soft and captivating texture. Aged at least for 5 weeks. 

The rind is washed with the peculiar orange color. The paste is soft and it melts on the palate. 

Tip: melt in the oven for 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Before melting, make a little cross in the middle. Add some small pieces of garlic and rosemary and let the magic happen.
