This unique event is divided into two mouthwatering parts:
1) Sicilian Almond Cookies Workshop & Tasting
Franco & Salvo will guide you through the art of making this wonderful treat so it can become a tradition in your home too!
You’ll prepare your own batch, enjoy fresh-baked cookies on-site, and take some home!
2) Colomba Tasting – An Easter Delight
While our cookies bake, La Bottega will be filled with their irresistible aroma as we dive into a special Colomba tasting experience.
Colomba is Italy’s beloved Easter cake, similar to Panettone but shaped like a dove, featuring a soft, airy dough enriched with butter, eggs, and citrus, topped with a crunchy almond glaze.
Our Sicilian master chefs will:
- Unveil the unique characteristics of three types of Colomba (Classic, Dark Chocolate, Pistachio)
- Demonstrate a special tasting technique to appreciate their texture and flavors
Introduce an exclusive Colomba-based Tiramisu—a surprise twist on a classic!
