This cheese is made with the milk of the 'Podoliche' cows. This kind of cows are normally raised to produce meat and milk. They are incredibly resistant to cold temperatures, they are a 'gipsy' kind of cows. They never stop walking. During winter time, they walk in the woods and they spend the rest of the year in 800m and more mountains.
