Cucuncioli, the caper berries with their little stalk, to serve whole on an antipasto board or with fish.
They are the fruit of the caper plant: milder and more delicate than capers, with a tender bite, kept in water, white wine vinegar and salt. From Fratelli Burgio, a Sicilian family deli since 1978, now in the Ortigia market in Siracusa, made without preservatives.
