In this case, the little onions are the so called 'Cipolle Borettane'. These onions are unique first of all for their shape. Their bulb is pressed on both sides. the taste is acid and sweet at the same time.
Ingredients: Cipolle Borettane 63%, Olive Oil 34%, Citric & ascorbic acid, Salt and vinegar.
Tip: a typical southern Italian product, used for aperitivo or to enrich pastas or appetizers.
