Piccolo fiore di Bufala al Pistacchio | Buffalo cheese with Pistachio

250 gr

Bloomy rind cheese made with buffalo milk and stuffed with pistachio. 

Maturing at least 10/15 days. The rind is thin and white in color due to the presence of molds. The paste is soft without holes. Slightly chalky in the fresher and creamier product in the mature one. 

Ingredients: buffalo milk (Italian), salt, rennet, stuffed with pure cream of pistachio 4% and chopped pistachios 2%.
