Panino Special Capocollo

Like so many products at La Bottega, once I have had a taste of their products I am drawn back again and again because it was so satisfying. Well this sandwich is another marvelous example: the saltiness of the dried beef, the sharpness of the rucola, How crisp the bread crust, how pungent the parmigian and smooth the binding flavour of the olive oil. Just writing this review gives rise to a powerful craving and the resolution to go over there directly for lunch as soon as possible!
