BIANCO MANGIARE: SICILIAN PUDDING

BIANCO MANGIARE OR BIANCUMANCIARI
Picture and recipe from Fili' Farm. There are multiple versions of this recipe. You can do it with or without almonds. This time we'll present you the version with milk only. 
Ingredients
Milk, half litre
Sugar 100 gr
Corn starch 75 gr
Strawberry jam or other jams as decoration
Instructions
First infuse some fig roasted leaves. Melt the sugar in the milk at low heat. Never stop stirring and add the corn starch, slowly slowly. 
Pour the liquid, still hot, in the containers.
It will cool down there. Then you can add some lemon juice by pressing its skin inside the pudding. 
You can decorate it with any jam of your choice.
