Inspiration from a grandmother’s recipe.

From simplicity to simplicity. From flavor to flavor. With a unique twist, this grandma’s inspired recipe explodes in your mouth.

Super quick yet so juicy. My Sicilian grandmother used to prepare this quick snack: fresh ricotta cheese, mixed with sugar and chocolate powder or cinnamon. I loved it!

Taking inspiration from this grandmother’s merenda, our friend @kerenruben made magic happen.

A simple slice of bread with ricotta and something sweet. But at La Bottega, we took it up a notch. Soft ricotta meets our @cascina_bonfiglio Extra Strawberry & Vanilla Jam, enhanced with lemon zest, black pepper, and a pinch of chili salt to bring out every note of flavor. Served on pan-toasted sourdough, drizzled with @tenutacavasecca Firrisa EVOO and finished with toasted almonds, fresh basil, and more lemon zest.

The result? A bite that’s creamy, sweet, and fresh—so good it instantly puts a smile on your face.
