- 2 spoons chia seeds
- Half cup coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons strawberry and vanilla jam
- Nuts and fruit of your liking
Add two spoons of chia seeds to a jar or a cup, add the jam on top of it and finally pour the coconut milk. Use a spoon to mix. Leave it at room temperature for 2 minutes and then stir again in order to have an homogeneous mix. Cover the jar and leave it in the fridge for a night. In the morning you will notice that the mix looks thicker, that’s the consistency that you want! Simply take your jar out of the fridge and add your favourite nuts and fruit on top. Enjoy!
