HOMEMADE CROSTATA WITH SICILIAN BITTER ORANGES JAM
- Put together flour, salt and sugar. Then add the butter ( cut into cubes and cold) and start making sable with your fingers, then add lemon and egg.
- Then lay the dough and stuff with the jam. As much as you want :)
- Of course you can also use another jam but this one if a perfect match!
- Cook in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 dregrees.
