CROSTATA WITH BITTER ORANGES JAM

HOMEMADE CROSTATA WITH SICILIAN BITTER ORANGES JAM
Ingredients: 
  • 250 gr 00 flour or Risciola Flour 
  • 125gr butter
  • 125gr sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • Lemon zest
  • Sicilian bitter oranges jam
  • Instructions: 
    • Put together flour, salt and sugar. Then add the butter ( cut into cubes and cold) and start making sable with your fingers, then add lemon and egg.
    • Then lay the dough and stuff with the jam. As much as you want :)
    • Of course you can also use another jam but this one if a perfect match! 
    • Cook in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 dregrees.
