CROSTINO WITH PISTACHIO CREAM, SAUTÉED PAK CHOI AND RADISH (x2)

CROSTINO WITH PISTACHIO CREAM, SAUTÉED PAK CHOI AND RADISH (x2)

Ingredients:

- 2 slices of good bread

- 3 spoons of 100% Pistachio spread

- 2 spoons of cream cheese

- 8 leaves of pak choi

- 1 garlic clove

- 2 radish

- Fresh thyme

- Popped rice

- Olive oil, salt and pepper


Slice your bread and toast it, if you like. Mix the pistachio spread and the cream cheese in a bowl. Cook the garlic in 3 spoons of olive oil in a large pan. Add the pak choi leaves and some salt and pepper, cook for about 5 minutes. Then add 2 spoons of water and cook for another 5 minutes (or until the water is completely absorbed). In the meantime, slice the radish. When all the parts are ready, compose your crostino! Spread the pistachio cream over the two slices of bread, add the pak choi and the slices of radish on top. Add some fresh thyme and popped rice to finish your dish. Sprinkle some fresh olive oil and enjoy!
