SANDWICH WITH TUNA FISH & GRILLED RED PEPPERS
This week we would like to give you an inspiration for a quick, juicy, delicious sandwich.
If you cannot come to our shop, you can make it home!
Ingredients:
- fresh baguette or sourdough bread
- scamorza or a cheese you can melt
- tuna fish filets or other fish filets
- rucola
Instructions:
Cut thin slices of cheese and put them on the bread, on both sides. Put it in preheated oven for 3 minutes.
Put tuna fish filets, grilled red peppers and rucola on top. Season rucola with some extra virgin olive oil drops & salt.
Enjoy it warm and buon appetito!
