Sourdough bread with Sicilian Tomato paste
Our dear friend Alessandra aka Odobodo loves to bake and she is improving more and more.
This time she baked a 75% hydration loaf with 30% of wholegrain spelt flour.
What is very unique this time is that she used our Sicilian tomato paste, the so called Estratto di pomodoro or 'strattu' for the lamination.
