SPELT SOUP WITH PAK CHOI (X2)

 

Ingredients:

  • Half pak choi
  • 150 gr spelt
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Chilli pepper flakes
  • Olive oil and salt

Instructions:

Cut the onion in thin slices and chop the garlic thin. Cook them over low fire with 2 spoons of olive oil and some chilli pepper flakes. In the meantime, wash the pak choi and cut every leaf horizontally in small pieces. When the onion is transparent add the spelt, mix and cover with hot water. Check the cooking time on the packaging (15/20’). Ten minutes before the end, add the pak choi and use some salt to bring to taste. When ready, let it cool down and then enjoy it!
