Meet our guest Chef for this Balkan/Sicilian night!

Our friend and chef Tamara Ivanovic will be cooking for us! She will be cooking Balkan traditional recipes with a Sicilian twist, using one of our products in every dish! She will pick recipes from her amazing book "Zure Kersen Hart". 

Date: Friday 11.9.26  from 19-21.30

Important: this is gonna be a standing event, the format we prefer to socialize and bring people together.

IMPORTANT: this is gonna be a standing event, the format we prefer to socialize and bring people together. We have a maximum capacity of 40 people. In order to make sure everyone enjoys the experience, the quantity food and the drinks, we cannot guarantee a spot if you do not reserve your ticket in advance. Thanks a lot for your understanding.

About Tamara:

Tamara, born in Sarajevo with roots across the Balkans and beyond, is a chef and co-owner of INAT Kantine in Amsterdam. At INAT she creates seasonal food with her husband from daily lunches to catering, workshops, and pop-ups. Her first book Zure Kersen Hart (Sour Cherry Heart), published in March 2025, shares comforting recipes from all her homes. An architect turned chef, Tamara's passion is bringing people together through good food.
