Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Use the form below to notify us — we'll send you a confirmation by email.

How the 14-day cooling-off period works

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of your withdrawal.
  • After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
  • We refund the full purchase price (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
  • Perishable goods, sealed items unsealed after delivery, and custom-made products are excluded by law.
