CROSTINO WITH ‘CHERRY TOMATOES IN THE OVEN SPREAD’, BUFFALO MOZZARELLA, SHIITAKE MUSHROOMS AND BASIL (X2)

Ingredients:


Clean the ginger and the garlic, chop them roughly and fry them in a pan with 2 spoons of olive oil. When they start to become golden add a few leaves of fresh basil and the shiitake, previously cut in half. Flavour with some salt and pepper. Cook on medium/high fire for about 5 minutes while stirring continuously. Do not overcook them, they need to stay crunchy. In the meantime, toast the bread. Spread two spoons of ‘Cherry tomatoes in the oven spread’ on the bread, add the buffalo mozzarella, the warm shiitake, some fresh basil leaves and some sesame seeds. Enjoy!
