Kwark, blueberries & lemon zest muffins

Kwark, blueberries & lemon zest muffins (x12) 
Ingredients:
Inspired from Cucchiaio d'Argento, recipe in Italian 
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 150 gr butter
- 60 gr sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 180 gr yogurt or kwark ( I used kwark)
- 2 eggs
- lemon zest of one organic lemon
- salt
- Additional: blueberries, chocolate or nuts
Instructions:
- Melt the butter at low high and let it cool a bit
- Take one bowl and add the flour & yeast, then lemon zest, sugar & a pinch of salt
- Take another bowl and put the whole eggs, whisk with a fork. Add milk, yogurt ( or kwark) and the melted butter
- I added blueberries
- Pour the content of the second bowl into the first one and mix all ingredients. Not for too long though
- Put the content in the muffin tray 
- In the oven 17 180 for 25'
