YOGURT, CHOCOLATE AND PEAR CAKE
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 250 g flour risciola 1 or Majorca
- 125 g yogurt
- 50 g milk
- 100 g sunflower oil
- Half bag baking powder
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 6 peaches
Peel the peaches, dice three of them and slice the other three.
Put them in two different bowls and sprinkle some lemon juice on both.
Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl until foamy and white. Add the oil, the yogurt and the milk and keep on mixing.
Finally, add the flour and the yeast and mix until it all looks smooth and homogeneous.
Cut the chocolate roughly in small pieces and add it to the mix together with the peaches in cubes. Use a spatula to bring all together.
Pour the mìx into your cake form and bake at 180 °C in a preheated oven for about 60 minutes.
