Carciofi grigliati - Grilled artichokes Sicily - Fratelli Burgio

The Burgio brothers are a Sicilian family whose deli was born in 1978 in the countryside of Solarino and today sits inside the Ortigia market in Siracusa, where the stalls look out to the sea. They keep alive the flavours of the island, working the old way and without preservatives.

Made in Sicily. Grilled artichokes in extra virgin olive oil, with vinegar, parsley, mint and oregano. Ready as a side, on an antipasto board, or in a sandwich.

Ingredients: artichokes (72%), extra virgin olive oil (27%), white vinegar, parsley, mint, oregano, salt, red and black pepper.
