Frozen.
Ingredients filling: porcini mushrooms, champignons mushrooms, parmigiano, pecorino romano, garlic, buffalo ricotta, buffalo mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, sea salt, black epper.
Ingredients dough: Altamura flour, 00 flour, pasteurised eggs, sea salt, water.
Tip: cook frozen for 4 minutes in boiling water.
