Pasta Armando is made with 100% Italian durum wheat, drawn through bronze dies and dried slowly at low temperature. The bronze gives the pasta a rough, porous surface that holds sauce, and the slow drying keeps a firm, lasting bite.

Lasagne sheets for a proper baked lasagna, just durum wheat semolina and water. About 30 minutes in the oven, holding sauce and filling without falling apart.
