Eryx extra virgin olive oil DOP, made in Sicily: green and fruity with tomato leaf and artichoke, for pouring raw.
It is elegant and well balanced, with a high-medium green fruitiness, bitterness and pungency in harmony, and a smooth, lingering finish with a peppery edge. The olives are picked early and milled the same day.
How to use it
- Raw, over salads, grilled vegetables and bread.
- To finish soups and bean dishes.
