Organic extra virgin olive oil from three Sicilian olive varieties, bright and intense: use it raw, over salads, vegetables or bread.
Pantanello blends Moresca, Nocellara dell'Etna and Verdese, picked by hand in September, early in the season, and pressed within hours. The oil carries a DOP tied to the Tellaro valley of the Monti Iblei, in south east Sicily.
