This is the sweet side of the Burgio brothers, whose deli sits in the Ortigia market in Siracusa. Velvety and spoonable, it pleases young and old, and makes a good gift for someone who does not yet know they need it.
How to use it
- On bread in the morning, or on warm toast.
- On a slice of pandoro or inside a croissant.
- Swirled into yogurt, or straight from the jar.
