Salame al pistacchio, made with Italian pork and studded with pistachio, to slice thin for an antipasto or a sandwich.
It is made in Sicily and comes from Fratelli Burgio, whose family deli began in the Solarino countryside in 1978 and now stands in the Ortigia market in Siracusa. Vacuum sealed and gluten free.
How to use it
- Sliced thin for an antipasto.
- In a sandwich.
- The skin is not edible.
