A single-origin Brazilian coffee from Alto Caparaó, velvety and sweet with low acidity, to brew as espresso or in the moka pot.
Andrea, the owner and roaster of Caffè Fiume, a micro roastery in Sicily, works with Red Bourbon and Red Catuaí beans from Minas Gerais for this one. It is creamy, with notes of dried fruit, chocolate and caramel and a cane sugar finish. You can taste it at La Bottega too.
