Caffè Fiume is a micro roastery in Sicily. Andrea, the owner and roaster, hand builds his coffees from premium beans. You can taste this coffee at La Bottega too.
250 gr. A single origin from Alto Caparaó, Minas Gerais, Brazil, varieties Red Bourbon and Red Catuaí. Velvety and creamy, sweet, with low acidity and notes of dried fruit, chocolate, caramel and a cane sugar finish.
