Taralli Making Workshop at La Bottega

Learn to make real Pugliese taralli with your own hands, guided by chef Alessandra, born and raised in Puglia, who brings her family's recipe straight to our shop. From mixing the dough to shaping the classic ring, you'll get the real technique.

While your taralli boil and bake, Alessandra will share stories from her home region and let you taste a few Italian appetisers, paired with a drink of your choice.

Still hungry after all that kneading? You could then order a plate of our lasagna, parmigiana, or arancini from the shop and bring it home.
