Hand-worked marinated anchovies with a touch of chilli, bright and tangy: lay them on buttered bread for an aperitivo bite.
Delfino Battista is an Italian house that specialises in tinned fish and still works its anchovies, tuna and mackerel the traditional way. These anchovies are worked by hand and kept in sunflower oil with chilli and wine vinegar.
How to use it
- On buttered bread, as an aperitivo bite.
- On a plate of antipasti with a cold drink.
